Frame Your Future is Panola College's Quality Enhancement Plan. Look at the activities planned for Spirit Week!

Here’s what Panola College has planned for Spirit Week, September 30 through October 3. See below for links to videos about Spirit Week!

Our goal is to educate our student, faculty, and staff with more information about our Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and what Panola College is trying to accomplish with the program. Panola adopted “Frame Your Future – Focused Route of Academics to Maximize Education & Employment,” a five-year effort that focuses on student success. This week we will focus on components of the Learning Framework course that is part of our QEP.

Motivation Monday
Sometimes we can all use a little motivation to help us stay focused on our goals. Stop by on Monday for muffins and a little motivation that you can take with you. We will be set up in the Martha Miller Administration building, the Health and Natural Science building, the SRTC, and the MCC from 9 a.m. to 10 am.

What Do You Want to Be Wednesday?
Still trying to decide what career you want to pursue? Choosing a career is an important decision. It requires you to know your own strengths, skills, and personality and then to research all of the career options. Today is Fall Frolic, so we have brought in a photo booth with some fun props to help you think about what you might want to be. We will be set up in front of the Charles C. Matthews Student Center from 11-1.

Treat Yourself Thursday
Midterms are next week and we know that self-care is an important part of doing well. We have worked with the Library to offer some great ways to treat yourself this Thursday. In the M.P. Baker Library from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., you will find free 5-minute chair massages, free manicures by our own cosmetology students, and the adorable TheraPets to help you de-stress. You will also find a hot chocolate station set up at the M.P. Baker Library, MCC, and SRTC.
