The Panola College Fillies, ranked No. 3, will play Angelina (No. 6) at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4 in the first round of the women’s regional tournament. Semifinal games are set for 1 and 3 p.m. on Friday, and the championship game will be 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

“I couldn’t be prouder of our coaches,” Clinton said. “To lead their teams to the region tournament in their first year as head coach at Panola is quite an accomplishment. Aaron Smith and Alex Furr are laying a foundation for many years of success coaching the Ponies and the Fillies.”
