Panola athletes named to All-Academic Team

The Region XIV Directors of Athletics announced the 2018-2019 Region XIV All-Academic Team. Twelve Panola College athletes were named to this prestigious group. The total list includes 130 student athletes competing in 12 sports.

To be selected for the All-Academic team student athletes must have completed at least 36 hours of college work in courses leading to a degree. They must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale of non-developmental courses only. They must have participated in at least one season at the varsity level at their college. They must have lettered in one or more sports recognized by Region XIV Athletic Conference.

Panola College All-Academic athletes include the following: in baseball: Blaine Blalock Parker, Charles Josephilee Stevens, Chase Tyler Hodges, Jarret Scott Whorf, Payton Kade Clemens, William Christopher Edwards; in women’s basketball: Imani Hampton, Maryia Adashyk, and Weronika Nowakowska; in men’s basketball: Lenell Henry; and in volleyball: Molly Grace Harris and Riley Nicole Seegers.
