It’s spirit week at Panola College, with home games scheduled for baseball as well as men’s and women’s basketball on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24 – 25.
Panola College Student Activities Director Jody Harris and the Student Government Association have planned a full week of activities and competitions.
The Spirit Week schedule includes:
Monday at 12 p.m., Water Pong will be hosted at the Student Center.
Tuesday at 12 p.m., Trivia will take place in Charlie’s Bistro.
Wednesday at 11:15 a.m., Pie Eating Contest will take place in the Dining Hall.
Thursday at 12 p.m., Minute-To-Win-It Contest in the Student Center.
Friday at 6 p.m., Poker Night in the Student Center.
Show your Pony Pride Saturday on game day and support basketball and baseball teams on their home games! Women’s Basketball will face Kilgore at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25. Men’s Basketball will face Kilgore at 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25. Baseball will face TCS Academy at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday.
The Panola College twirlers are scheduled to perform during the basketball games on Saturday, according to Kimberly Ferguson, twirling sponsor.
Harris encourages all students to get in on the fun each day, and to wrap up the week by supporting the athletic teams in the stands!
